there is something simply "cool" with vintage cars. i'm not talking about american muscle but british and german gran tourers from the late 50's to late 60's. for the price of a new M3 or 911 one could purchase a piece of automotive history. the ultimate accessory like an old patek philippe, it will stand the test of time. it can be handed down from generation to generation. don't get it twisted, these machines are not very practical as a primary means of transportation, but more of a weekend treat. find a good mechanic and your life will be golden. to me it is art... usable art.
